We were warmly welcomed by Christina, who went above and beyond to help us with our room issues. Despite the remodeling, she ensured we ended up in a better room and made our stay memorable.

The remodeling caused some inconveniences.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited Disney World and Universal, taking advantage of the free shuttles. The hotel was in a great spot, easy access to everything. Rooms were comfy and breakfast was solid, lots of options to choose from. Perfect for a fun vacation!

One downside was that there were issues with cleanliness in the bathroom. We reported it, but it took a while to get resolved. Just a heads up for future guests to check that immediately.
